1. Request a free consultation
You will be prompted to fill out a brief intake form at the time of booking. Upon review, you will receive a confirmation of the appointment. If it isn't a good fit, I will try to refer you to another professional.
2. Attend the consultation
The consultation is an opportunity for us to chat, ask questions, and determine if this is the right fit. No need to wear workout clothes as there will not be a workout component. Consultations last ~30 minutes,
3. Make it official
We will follow up via email with next steps. You'll review and sign the Client Services Agreement and other digital paperwork. You will also set up your account in the training app, in which you can book your first session.
