I'm the founder and head coach of The Gym of Life. I’ve been coaching since 2015 and specialize in strength training that is accessible, effective, and sustainable.
My own relationship with fitness wasn’t always healthy. After years of struggling with body image and overtraining, I learned how powerful movement can be when it’s approached with balance and compassion.
Today I help clients build strength, confidence, and a balanced relationship with fitness.
