Through Learn to Lift, you will learn:

  • How to use free weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells

  • The primary "functional" movement patterns and beginner-friendly variations

  • How to lift in a safe and strong manner

  • The essentials of how to progress and modify a strength training program​
